Meridian Announces Tenant Improvements for BDO Spokane

Meridian Construction & Development, Inc. will begin tenant improvements for BDO Spokane, a regional CPA firm, in February 2022. The updates to the 7,650 square-foot space include conference rooms, open offices, breakroom, and mailroom. Gensler is providing architecture and interior design services for the project. 

“Winter is the perfect time to look at tenant improvements and we’re excited to work with BDO on their offices,” says company president Mark D’Agostino. 

Work on the BDO offices will take approximately four and a half months with substantial completion expected by the end of June 2022.
