Whether we lead this effort or are just a member of the team, we offer concurrent feedback during design and planning to minimize construction challenges and maximize efficiency. We draw on our experience, cost database, current market conditions, and key subcontractors to refine budgets, schedules, design, building function, and material selections. Our pre-construction services remove the variables early while the stakes are low and paint a realistic picture of how and when your project will be built...before you start building.
General Contracting: We love what we do and we’ve studied the things that have made us successful. Expert subcontractors, safety, quality control, transparency, attention to detail, and communication – the priorities and values we emphasize and implement across every project on the board. Our team is experienced and deeply rooted in the communities that we serve – that means that you can rely on us to leverage our relationships and resources to bring your project to life on time and on budget.
Construction Management: Our focus as a Construction Manager extends well beyond construction. As your consultant, we sit on your side of the table and bring to light “global” project concerns such as functionality, utilities, land zoning, community impact, insurances, etc. early in the project. Depending on the exact contract method, we participate in GC selection and/or determine appropriate bid packages and qualify subcontractors to manage the project budget, quality, and schedule.

Design/Build: Don’t have time to hire multiple consultants and deal with building jurisdictions? Let us take the lead.
