This 9,178 square-foot tenant office build-out was to an existing warm building shell. The work included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and complete interior fit-out. The 20,000 square-foot building was originally built by Meridian in 2010. The design included individual offices, an open office area, break room, conference “ huddle” rooms, lab area, and equipment storage. Design services were provided by WAG.
