This new 29,689 square-foot building currently under construction in Sandpoint, Idaho is the newest addition to the Kaniksu Health Services regional campus. The facility will have multiple practices focuses including primary care, VA healthcare, behavioral healthcare, complete dental services, and pediatrics. The building is a single-story, fully sprinkled, slab on grade, wood-framed structure, and the site is a 3.4-acre development including major utility infrastructure work, 140 parking stalls, and extensive landscaping. Contemporary exterior cladding systems provide immediate visual impact with metal wall panels, stained fiber cement siding, raw steel canopies, full-height curtainwall, and precast concrete wainscot.
