Mill Bay RV Park

Meridian Construction was hired to complete a design/build RV Park at one of the Colville Casinos. We managed the complete pre-construction process including design, infrastructure coordination, permitting, and budgeting. For the construction portion, this project included a 54,000 square-foot asphalt parking lot expansion, with signage and striping; 21 RV stalls (including three ADA RV stalls) with concrete pads, water, electrical, and sewer hookups; road infrastructure for future RV stalls; connection to the public water; a major expansion of the sewer system; dump station; light poles in the asphalt parking lot and along the perimeter of the RV area; and infrastructure for the fiber optic wireless internet and surveillance systems. The project was completed in two phases over a total of six months. The Lake Chelan Casino was originally called the Mill Bay Casino.
