Meridian was hired to lead all pre-construction services including hiring the architect and engineering design firms for the original facility and subsequent phases (over 80,000 square feet in new construction). The delivery method on several of these mixed-use phases was design-build. In addition, Meridian was involved as a GC/CM during the construction of the work over a six-year period. The multi-level facility included restaurants, lounges, VIP area, gaming floor, poker and keno areas, back of house services to support gaming, food & beverage operations, executive & administrative offices, porte-cochere structure, and over 800 parking spaces, all developed on an 11-acre site.
