This project was started in the spring of 2018 with a complete renovation of the existing facility’s 2,088 square-foot main level including the demolition and replacement of all interior finishes with lighting upgrades of the 2,800 square-foot lower level. The project was completed in phases as the owner remained in full operation during construction which was completed in November 2018. The site was also cleared to make way for all new site concrete, asphalt drives and unique, rock landscaping.
