Meridian Construction & Development completed a 6,500 square-foot remodel and addition at 504 E. 2nd Ave in Spokane, WA in 2017. The existing 5,000 square-foot building was constructed in 1971. Complete demolition of the interior, roof and plumbing, mechanical and electrical services were performed. A new 1,500 square-foot addition was constructed to the south of the building. Additional work included landscaping and site-work improvements. The interior space consists of offices and consulting spaces.
