Adding a Daycare for Kaniksu Community Health

We're thrilled to work with Kaniksu Community Health again. This time we're working on tenant improvement to an existing 3,800 square-foot commercial building. We are adding a daycare for Kaniksu Community Health staff. The project includes the demolition of existing interiors, four new classrooms and two multipurpose playrooms, new breakroom, and facilities for children and staff. The exterior of the building will include façade improvements and a new 1600 square-foot outdoor fenced play area. Work began in June and is slated to be completed later this year.

Our crews just completed interior demolition and are now reframing the interiors with mechanical trade rough-ins.
