Pharmacy Relocation at Yoke’s Fresh Market

The remodel and addition to the 58,789 square-foot Yoke’s Fresh Market grocery store in Deer Park continues to make progress. Crews just completed the relocation of the pharmacy, updates to the dairy area coolers, and will now start the new main entry and cart storage.

Overall, the work includes new entry and cart storage with mezzanine deli seating area above, relocation of existing pharmacy to building perimeter and addition of a drive-thru lane, remodels to every department to include dairy, meat, deli, produce, and bakery along with décor replacement throughout. Also replacing all coolers, cases, and walk-ins as well. The exterior of the building will receive new signage and façade improvements, a new roof, and a new parking lot. Work began in April and is slated to finish later this year.
