Yoke’s Fresh Market
Deer Park, Washington

The remodel and addition to the 58,789 square-foot Yoke’s Fresh Market grocery store in Deer Park is complete.

Overall, the work included a new entry and cart storage, a mezzanine deli seating area, the relocation of the existing pharmacy to the building perimeter and the addition of a drive-thru lane, décor replacement throughout, and the remodels to every department, including dairy, meat, deli, produce, and bakery.

Meridian crews also replaced all coolers, cases, and walk-ins. In addition, the exterior of the building received new signage, façade improvements, a new roof, and a new parking lot. 

Work began in April of 2022 and wrapped up in early 2023.
